      Resource that deals with the planning, start-up and subsequent management of all stages of an IT project. It must fit fully into the business context and more specifically in the Marketing & Communication office and understand all the logic and flows, to then collect the needs and at the same time autonomously propose development horizons.

      Main tasks

      The main tasks are the planning, organization, management and control of IT tools such as CRM, website, integrations with company management, e-commerce platforms, software developed or to be developed ad hoc, APP, etc.

      The candidate, monitoring the state of implementation and progress of the project, must take responsibility for making the most appropriate decisions to achieve the objectives originally established.

      He/she is responsible for the project, participation in all stages of development and implementation, the selection of suppliers, the verification of costs and times necessary for its implementation and, finally, the coordination of suppliers.


      Strong managerial and managerial skills compared to skills of a more technical nature.

      Project management, problem solving, budgeting and marketing expert. To these management skills must be added specific technical knowledge relating to programming languages ​​and integrated development environments.

      Good knowledge of technical English as well as a marked propensity for updating.


      University education. Degree in computer engineering or computer science and technology.


      The placement of the figure provides for the inclusion in the IT Department within the Company.


      The current internal working group of the Company is supported by an External Consulting Company responsible for SW Development.

      The resource will take care of tasks aimed at the Management of Processes of the company ERP System and of the Statistical Systems associated with it.

      The activity involves the organization of the information necessary to manage a Process; no “Writing Programming Code” is required.


      Inclusion in the Working Group requires training on current Company Data; once the dynamics of Data Management have been acquired, the Resource will be allocated to its own activities such as:

      - Production Master Data Entry (Item Master Data, BOM of both Catalog Product and Custom Products, Prototype Master Data, etc.);

      - Collection of new Requirements deriving from the KeyUser, Analysis of the Technical Solution, Transfer of the analysis to the Consulting Company depositary of the Programming Code, Test of the implemented program and Presentation of the Solution to the work team;

      - Help Desk for ERP users.

      Education: Degree in Information Sciences / Management Engineering / IT Technical Expert Diploma



      - Logical knowledge of Management Systems, Relational Databases and Programming

      - Knowledge of the Office 365 package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, Planner)

      - Good knowledge of the English language

      G.  STORAGE PERIOD: The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding what is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it is processed ("storage limitation principle", art. 5, GDPR), and for no longer than two years. The obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is verified periodically.

      H.  RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: the data subject is always entitled to request access to his/her data, to rectify or erase them, restrict their processing, or the possibility of objecting to their processing, requesting data portability, withdrawing consent to the processing of the data, asserting these and other rights provided by the GDPR, through a simple communication to the Controller. The data subject can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

      J.  METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING: the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations adopted by the Controller. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper and using any other type of suitable support in compliance with appropriate security measures pursuant to the GDPR.
