      LEGAL SPECIALIST

      Reporting to the CFO, the resource will have to manage the Legal Department of the company by coordinating and operationally managing the related activities supported by external consultants.

       

      Main responsibilities:

      - Operational management of the activities related to the drafting and revision of the contractual documentation (national and international), taking care of the improvement process, the execution of the necessary contractual and administrative obligations, as well as any renewal or termination phases, interfacing with external consultants;

      -Operational support in activities relating to company policies, intellectual property, disputes, insurance and claims procedures;

      - Support to Company Management and/or specific senior figures;

      - Taking charge and execution of administrative and legal obligations related to the implementation of corporate operations, corporate development projects, related to specific transactions or corporate contracts;

      -Definition of the budget for legal expenses and any other needs to be shared with the Company's CFO.

       

      Candidate profile

      -Education: degree in law or equivalent with specialization in international law/international contracts with specific knowledge of data protection and intellectual property;

      - Experience of at least 3/5 years gained in similar roles in entrepreneurial or multinational companies, where the resource was able to acquire a broad vision of complex activities of a technical/legal nature, which involve interactions both with external professionals and with colleagues from other business functions;

      -Experience in the management of contracts and knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate law and of the related and applicable laws/regulations on corporate/corporate compliance;
