IT PROJECT MANAGER

Resource that deals with the planning, start-up and subsequent management of all stages of an IT project. It must fit fully into the business context and more specifically in the Marketing & Communication office and understand all the logic and flows, to then collect the needs and at the same time autonomously propose development horizons.

Main tasks

The main tasks are the planning, organization, management and control of IT tools such as CRM, website, integrations with company management, e-commerce platforms, software developed or to be developed ad hoc, APP, etc.

The candidate, monitoring the state of implementation and progress of the project, must take responsibility for making the most appropriate decisions to achieve the objectives originally established.

He/she is responsible for the project, participation in all stages of development and implementation, the selection of suppliers, the verification of costs and times necessary for its implementation and, finally, the coordination of suppliers.

Skills

Strong managerial and managerial skills compared to skills of a more technical nature.

Project management, problem solving, budgeting and marketing expert. To these management skills must be added specific technical knowledge relating to programming languages ​​and integrated development environments.

Good knowledge of technical English as well as a marked propensity for updating.

Education

University education. Degree in computer engineering or computer science and technology.

JUNIOR AREA MANAGER

The Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the Luxury Goods sector of the commercial department.

His/Her role will be to follow the customers in relation to the commercial areas that will be entrusted to him/her by the Area Manager.

He/She will have to be able to draw up a commercial budget and prepare reporting activities relating to the assigned customers.

 

A willingness to work in a team and willingness to travel to Europe is required.

Languages required: excellent English, good German, French or Spanish.

Technical-economic diploma or degree required.

 

BACKOFFICE ABROAD EMPLOYEE

The candidate will have to process offers, manage the order confirmation (from entering the system to the shipment of the goods) plus any complaints and repairs, draw up export documents and manage personal data, correspondence and archives

The willingness to work in a team and the willingness to participate in sector fairs are required

An excellent knowledge of English and a second foreign language is required

Experience of 2-5 years in the same job in companies in the furniture sector is required

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Leading company in the furniture sector is looking for Interior Designer specialized in the production of photorealistic interior renderings for inclusion in the corporate Style Office.

 

Excellent knowledge in architecture, three-dimensional modeling, rendering and post production are required.

The selected person must be able to work independently in the creation of images aimed at enhancing the product.

 

Candidates are required to attach a portfolio for evaluation to their CV.

 

Mastery of the main 2D drawing, 3D modeling and rendering software (Autocad, Cinema 4D + VRay or Corona, Rhinoceros + VRay or Corona).

 

Excellent knowledge of the Adobe package and image post production techniques.

 

Contractual conditions to be defined based on the candidate's skills and experience.

IT OFFICE EMPLOYEE

The classification of the figure provides for the inclusion in the IT Office within the Company

The resource, reported by the IT Manager, will be responsible for managing the maintenance project of the company ERP and the associated statistical systems

 

Main tasks:

• Taking charge of a process for the maintenance of the same (see insertion of personal data, BOMs, ...)

 New ERP Developments: Collection of Requirement, Analysis of the Technical Solution, Test of the implemented program and Presentation of the Solution to the Work Team

 Help Desk for ERP users

 

Education: Degree in Information Sciences or Management Engineering / IT Technical Expert Diploma
A previous work experience of at least one year is preferable

 

Requirements:

• Logic knowledge of Management Systems, Relational Databases and Programming

• Knowledge of the Office 365 package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, Planner)

• Good knowledge of the English language
