IN 2025, 超集建筑设计 AND DESIGNER TIFFANY SHI (@TIFFANYCSHI) CRAFTED A 300 M² PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN 上海翠湖, IN THE HEART OF SHANGHAI. THIS HOME EMBODIES THE IDEA THAT LUXURY IS NOT JUST ABOUT SCALE, BUT A BALANCE BETWEEN LIFESTYLE AND EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE.

Between logic and sensibility, modular furniture shapes a "fluid living room island." Using the PIAF sofa, the designer redefines movement: one side creates the main seating area, while the other bridges the living and dining zones.
The LAGOS elliptical table acts as the heart of social life; its irregular shape breaks the rectangular constraints, perfect for quiet talks or festive gatherings.
From low-saturation leathers to organic curves (like the CASABLANCA bed), every element offers a gentle embrace and understated luxury. In this home, Baxter does not just fill a room; it serves the resident's true life narrative.
