The first level is dedicated to relaxation and functionality, featuring a luxurious spa area with a pool and sauna, a private cinema, a wine cellar, and utility rooms for managing the house.

The second level is the heart of daily living: a spacious living area with an internal patio that brings light and harmony to the interiors, a sunlit terrace, a dining area with a main and service kitchen, a master suite, and a guest room with a private bathroom.

Natural materials such as wood, marble, and glass create a refined yet essential atmosphere. Natural light plays a central role, thanks to the patio and skylights that flood the interiors with sunlight.
