BAXTER PRESENTS A RESTYLING OF THE RECEPTION, LOUNGE, AND RESTAURANT, DRESSING THEM IN NEW SHAPES, COLORS, AND MATERIALS.
Starting from the idea of rediscovering the elegance and lines that characterized the history of the Sheraton Diana Majestic Hotel in the last century, Baxter presents a restyling of the reception, lounge, and restaurant, dressing them in new shapes, colors, and materials. The entrance of one of Milan's most celebrated hotels transforms, welcoming guests into a space reminiscent of a grand home's living room. Here, wall-mounted Googie light installations and curtains framing the entrances surround the Clara sofa and Leon armchair located in front of the reception desk.

Through a passage, guests access the grand hall recreated to give them the feeling of being in a club. Here, large compositions of CLARA sofas and BARRET armchairs coexist with MARILYN and LAZYBONES armchairs alongside more intimate spaces created using wooden screens reminiscent of 1950s architecture, where KEREN armchairs and ADEL poufs can be glimpsed.

The restaurant follows the same theme and is strongly characterized by a large botanical-themed wallpaper that serves as the backdrop for the entire room. CORINNE chairs and BAUDELAIRE tables take center stage in this space. The colors are those typical of leather, blending with aviation and eggplant tones, while the lacquering of the tables and colored glass create a palette of materials and colors that is entirely unexpected.

During Milan Design Week 2024, Baxter stages a temporary setup in the hotel's garden featuring products from the new outdoor collection designed by Paola Navone. Among shades of blue and verdigris stand out the Panama Bold and Arizona outdoor sofas, along with the new Manila armchair. The final result provides a unique oasis of pleasure and relaxation in the city, where every element harmonizes with the other, creating an environment to unwind and enjoy a drink while soaking in the atmosphere of a magical place.
