The formal perfection created in nature by bees is the inspiration for Hive, the mobile bar by Pietro Russo which brings together design, natural beauty and material research in perfect harmony. The repetition of the hexagonal motif creates light and simple lines which are enhanced by the use of precious materials such as leather, which covers the exteriors, the satin and burnished metals of the details, and the smoked glass with mirrored effect of the shelves. A geometric balance of solids and voids creates a timeless piece that catches the eye with its facetted reflections that seem to expand spaces and refractions of light.
