Kashmir Saphir

Tanning and processing
This article, carried out on full-grain whole bull leathers thickness 1.8/2.0, it is characterized by mixed tanning, chrome tanning and vegetable tanning, and is then dyed with seeping aniline. Starting from the best raw hides in the world, this leather stands out from industrial production already from the tanning phase, since it is completely chrome-less but, at the same time, it goes beyond the limitations of vegetable tanning, giving a far softer leather, with a fascinating touch. In addition to all this, there’s a minimalist manufacturing that doesn’t damage the naturalness’ features; so the procedure consists in aniline dying, air drying and no finishing process.
