A wide house where the materials populating it look like they come from different parts of the world: this is Baxter set up for the 2017 International Furniture Fair.
The visitor is welcomed in different spaces, different among them but able to communicate. The first one shows even-tempered tones, characterized by very light colors. From pale pink to aquamarine, thus creating the first contrast game.
In the second space, Paola Navone focused mostly on the outdoor products, finally converted into a real collection, at last. Copper, leather, ink-dyes and rattan are the materials characterizing it. Next to the main items, developed in the shades of blue, aquamarine and green, there is also a series of accessories carried out in baked clay, cocciopesto and lava stone. Besides Paola Navone’s creations, there is also a sofa with a slight structure and many cushions, Antonino Sciortino’s leather iron armchair and Francesco Bettoni’s cane leather pouf. The third room, rough and matter, is undoubtedly richer and thicker with color; cognac and cobalt blue are here the shades characterizing both soft leathers and glossy, polished leathers.
