Tanning and processing
Made with whole hides. Full-grain nabucked leather: thickness 3.5+ mm. Chrome tanned and vegetable re-tanned. Aniline-dyed. EN-ISO standards: colour fastness to light: compliant | fastness to abrasion (wet and dry tests): compliant | tear resistance: compliant. This is a leather which has been made to accentuate the beauty of leathers of a maximum thickness and quality as much as possible; this thickness enhances the visibility of scratches, scars, wrinkles, thorn marks and natural stains, all characteristic features of this extremely natural leather. A slight nabucking process also gives the product depth and warmth. Significant grain variation is revealed, including practically smooth areas and areas that bring an elephant hide to mind.

Maintenance (BOX-N)
Since this leather hasn’t undergone any kind of treatment, we recommend avoiding, as far as possible, a direct exposure to sunlight or to any very intense light sources, that could make leather’s colour change. In addition to these devices, we recommend a simple and constant cleaning through the use of a soft brush on the product’s surface.
