These guidelines for conduct in relation to privacy (hereafter “the Privacy Policy”) are applied to the website (hereafter “the Website”) and refer to personal 
data processing performed by Baxter s.r.l. (hereafter “Baxter”) for the purposes of conducting the activity of the sales promotion of Baxter products via the Website and, 
with the user’s consent, for marketing purposes . This Privacy Policy also represents the information notice to interested parties pursuant to Art. 13 Italian Legislative Decree dated 30 June 2003, No. 196 (hereafter also “the Information Notice”). The data that may be collected by this Website includes the name, surname, date of birth, profession, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and other data regarding the personal details of the user or the user’s technical methods of accessing the Website. As regards data that Baxter is obliged to know in order to fulfil its obligations set out by laws, regulations and EU legislation, or by provisions imparted by the Authority authorised to do so by law or by a uditing or supervisory bodies, failure to provide the same will lead to the impossibility to establish or continue the relationship, within the limits that such data is necessary for implementation of the same . The provision of data and its respective proc essing is, however, understood to be optional in other situations . Browsing data useful for the technical use of the Website is necessarily collected and its 
provision is not optional. The user may provide the remaining data, including personal 
data, freely and voluntarily. Failure to process some data (e.g.: contact details, address or data on the behaviour or preferences of the user, etc .) could make the provision of services by the Website 



Baxter collects and processes personal data provided voluntarily by the user to conduct promotion activities for sales of Baxter products via the Website, related marketing activities, market research and information requests from users sent to Baxter. In 
particular, with the user’s consent, Baxter may process the personal data of the same in 
order to send to the user, by way of newsletter, e-mail, post, telephone, SMS and MMS, 
information on Baxter products, events organised by Baxter or at which it is participating, 
invitations and/o r information on participating in initiatives offered on the Website, 
catalogues, advertising/promotional documentation, etc. The user retains the right to revoke its consent to the sending of promotional information 
and use of its personal data by Baxter will cease immediately upon receipt of any communication in that regard. In order to be deleted from the m ailing list, users need only send an e-mail at any time to 
the address with the subject matter of “Deletion from mailing list”. Again with the user’s consent , Baxter may process the personal data of the user also for purposes of the profiling thereof or for analysing the user’s preferences in choosing Baxter products.



The personal data collected by Baxter is processed primarily using automated, computerised and telematics tools. That data may also be processed without the use of 
electronic tools, i.e. manually. Baxter processes the data collected in complianc e with the Privacy Code and existing provisions in relation to security and adopts all appropriate security measures aimed at  preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the data .



Baxter discloses the personal data of the user within the limits and by the procedures specified below, in any case, in full compliance with the consent given by the user at the time of collecting the data, where required by the Privacy Code. The data will be acces sible by our internal and external personnel dealing with processing. The data may also be disclosed to third parties that perform services of a technical or organisational nature that Baxter may use for the processing purposes identified above and such th ird parties will only be provided with the information required to complete those services. Pursuant to Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and in the capacity of interested party, the user has 
the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to it, to know of its content and origin, to check its accuracy, to request that it is added to, updated, rectified, deleted, transformed into anonymous form, blocked for data processed in breach of the law, along with the right to object to the data processing for legitimate reasons.
